QUEBEC IMMIGRATION
QUEBEC EXPERIENCE PROGRAM (PEQ)

The Québec Government has introduced a new program to encourage foreign workers and international students completing a program of post secondary studies to permanently remain in the province.
​
The Québec Experience Program (PEQ) is a new simplified process leading to permanent residence for two categories of applicants:

International Students (Graduate Stream)
-
Foreign Workers (Temporary Worker Stream)
​
The program allows temporary foreign workers and international students to apply for permanent residence from within Québec after completing a period of qualified work or approved studies.

QUEBEC SKILLED WORKER
​
The Quebec immigration selection system for Quebec Skilled Workers is designed to indicate which applicants are likely to become economically established upon immigration to Quebec.
​
Skilled Worker (Professional) applicants who intend to reside in Montreal or in another city or region within the province of Quebec are assessed under a different system than applicants who wish to settle elsewhere in Canada. This is done through what the government of Quebec calls its 'Regular Skilled Worker Program', otherwise known as the Quebec Skilled Worker Program (QSWP).

QUEBEC INVESTOR

The Quebec Immigrant Investor Program allows investors to obtain Canadian permanent residence by investing CAD$800,000 risk-free through an approved financial intermediary or by financing that investment.

Advantages:

Investment without risk. The investment of CAD $800,000 is guaranteed by the Quebec government and returned in full after five years.

Family included in the application. All immediate members of the candidate's family (spouse and dependent children) are included in the application and have the same status as the candidate.

Benefits of permanent resident status. Enjoy as a permanent resident the same benefits provided to Canadians (universal health care, free public education, access to world-class universities, etc.)

QUEBEC ENTREPRENEUR

The Quebec Entrepreneur category grants qualified business owners and managers the opportunity to obtain a Permanent Resident Visa, provided that they can effectively create or acquire an agricultural, commercial or industrial business in Quebec.
​
QUEBEC SELF-EMPLOYED
​
The Quebec Self-Employed category grants qualified individuals the opportunity to obtain a Permanent Resident Visa provided that they can effectively establish themselves in Quebec by practicing a trade or profession for their own account.
